Starting the project with the knowledge and support of a system expert is the best way to mitigate the chance of making installation errors that can cause costly scheduling and startup delays.
A 16500 Controls System Startup will provide an acuity Brands factory-certified field services engineer to conduct all system inspections and programming to ensure that the system operates per the specifications of the end user. Due to the ever-changing parameters, in certain cases 16500 can conduct complete startup services remotely or without the need to be physically on-site. All startup automatically comes with a training or walk through of the system, but additional trainings can be accommodated. *Remote start up provided upon request for nLight wired only.
A ControlBright remote gateway can be shipped with the NECY to facilitate remote connection to the customer’s lighting controls network. Once this device is installed alongside the NECY the field services engineer can conduct a full system analysis and programming of the entire system when installation is 100% complete.
A 16500 onsite training will provide you with a system expert to conduct training with personnel who will be operating or interacting with the installed lighting control system. Training will be tailored to suit the technical ability of the audience and will address all facets of the installed system. Training should be purchased per individual day onsite.
16500 onsite troubleshooting will provide you with a system expert to conduct troubleshooting on lighting systems exhibiting issues falling outside of the Acuity Brands labor warranty. Our system expert will troubleshoot, and correct issues found onsite, assist with replacement parts ordering, and make necessary recommendations to ensure optimum system performance. Controls System troubleshooting should be purchased in one-day increments.
